Embodied Being

Depending on your needs, desires or issues, I will assemble a specific embodiment practice for you, demonstrate and teach it to you, so that you can have a regular or daily practice. If any of the embodiment benefits entice you, this type of session may be for you.

The main ingredients are:

  • Middendorf breath & movement exercises on a stool or standing
  • Middendor vowel work
  • Continuum Movement exercises on the floor, on a ball or against some other restricting surfaces
  • Sounds that alter tissue structure through fluid resonance
